I am a Delta Dental client.I have received multiple letters claiming I owe unpaid premium payments.

I called and spoke with a rep and emailed a screenshot of my bank statement showing all premium payments have been made. The following month I get another letter claiming I owe an additional payments. I was placed on an EXTENDED hold.

When a rep finally answered and asked for my name and account number (again) and then disconnected our call.Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.
